Handstand:

Anyone can learn, you just need to prepare your body. This course aims to improve the execution of your hand balances with the help of different exercises that will develop your muscular strength and growth.

Dance:

Dance is the art of expressing oneself by interpreting choreographic compositions; related activity: Move to the beat of the music. Rhythmic and harmonious series of gestures and steps.

kick-boxing:

A cardiovascular class inspired by martial arts and Kickboxing. A dynamic and effective course, because it will use all the muscles in your body. Kickboxing lessons are ideal for remarkable weight loss and a great way to get in shape. A complete training designed to improve: Speed, endurance, strength.

Acro-yoga:

Acroyoga is a beautiful practice that combines the dynamic wisdom of acrobatics, the awareness, breathing and balance of yoga and the healing and loving nature of Thai massage. By working with one or more partners, these three disciplines are merged into spectacular sequences of reversals, flows and equilibria.

Zumba:

Zumba is a fitness dance program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez in the 1990s. Zumba involves elements of dance and aerobics. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included.

Pranayama:

Prāṇāyāma is the practice of breathing control in yoga. In modern yoga as an exercise, it involves synchronizing breathing with the movements between the asanas, but it is also a separate breathing exercise in itself, usually performed after the asanas.
